AWiSA Network – HIV & AIDS in the workplace“AWiSA Network – HIV & AIDS in the workplace” is a non-profit internet based information and communication platform funded through the German Government. The mission of the AWiSA Network is to contribute to the fight against HIV & AIDS in sub-Saharan Africa by providing relevant information about HIV & AIDS in the workplace, and linking people and organisations working in this field. They foster a work environment free of stigma and discrimination, with an emphasis on gender equality and irrelevant of race or religion. Founding members of the AWiSA Network are SAfAIDS (Southern Africa HIV and AIDS Information and Dissemination Service) and GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit). |
